I ordered off Zora from Hangshou. I paid for the order in full & for express airfreight shipping on 23rd June. The order was shipped on 26th June & I was sent a NZ post tracking number. The product description was a mobile phone holder?
I tried to track the package daily & it came up as invalid. I messaged her several times over next 10 days & I was told it was still waiting for a flight in China each time. I pushed & she sent me a photo update which was apparently from courier company saying it was waiting for flight. I had to point out that this wasn’t my Oder as dates don’t match up. She deleted that message. She has since sent other updates saying different dates that have been deleted now as well. It’s now 20 July & latest update says has been in NZ since 4th July (every update was different!!) and they don’t have any reference to courier company so could be made up. NZ post can’t help as it would have been scanned on arrival in NZ & again in customs. The tracking number still not valid. They think I was scammed. Either way the product has been out of the fridge for over 25 days with no delivery date in sight & is now useless. I have asked to pay for & send my own courier (we have an import business so I know it should only take 10 days max from China ) & she won’t give details. She also won’t refund unless it is seized. I don’t even know at this stage if it’s even been sent. She’s not been helpful at all. Ignores messages about my concerns the product has got hot & gone off & is now useless. Replies with same message blaming NZ customs.
