Just here to spread some positivity!
Haven't even gone to the gym. Just an extremely polished diet. I can go into detail on my exact prep and plans if anyone is interested. It's a simple one stop shop at costco and the cooking is effortless and delicious!

I do work a very physical job. I work 11 hours days and I average anywhere from 10-20km a shift. I'm in a leadership role in the industrial construction industry. Not doing anything manually laborious, just lots of walking and stairs.

Hard to find time to go to the gym with this work schedule but I want to have my CPP and EI paid off by the end of this week. (Fellow canucks will know what I'm talking about! )

Enjoy this small snippet from my tracker. Lean mass lost seems to be virtually null, attributing this to my 200mg/week prescription for Test E.
I can't wait to share the completed journey with you guys. Photos. Stacks. Notes. Everything!

I am so grateful for all the lurking and reading I've done here. You are gentlemen/women and scholars.

congrats! thats freakin huge! 40 lbs in 6 weeks is crazy! keep it up. just remember when you get lighter the lbs/week will slow down, make sure to look at the percentages to keep motivated.. thats what i do lol

So awesome!! 👏 Great progress, you must feel so pumped! Haha I hear you on the CPP and EI, I won't hit the max until about October (no OT opportunities at my job). Did you have any sides moving from 2 to 4 mgs in that 5th week? What a life-changing thing it is discovering grey, eh?

Haven't had any sides at all besides my vision improving. I'm seeing much better without my glasses now and my current prescription is bothering me. I need to go for an eye exam this week.
Appetite suppression hasn't been crazy either. I'm just not craving things that used to give me the dopamine hits like, but not limited to:
-Garbage food (fast foods, chocolate, sweets)
-Booze
-Adult treats (responsible use of course)

Really the only thing I notice negative is that my libido has decreased. I do tend to become hyper focused and locked in on projects I'm passionate about so this may be it. Not sure.

Also not sure I will jump to 8mg. Might stay at 4mg or hit 6mg.

Thanks for the kind words.

Is it healthy to drop so much weight in 6 weeks?
I have a strong feeling that 10-15lbs of that was water, due to inflammation and general edema due to being a fatass.
Assuming that I lost 25lb of fat in 6 weeks would be about 4lb a week, which is a lot, but I am very comfortable with.

I'm going for an extremely comprehensive blood panel this week and will be getting it done quarterly.

My former fitness coach has analyzed my progress and photos and told me I will look like a toothpick at 240. Another 30lbs to leave me at 260 he's confident I will have full visible abs and be at a healthy weight.

Cheers brother.

So, I have an incredible update.

Went to the optometrist today. Not too ramble on but she was surprised that my vision had improved. She started talking about sphere and cylinder and being an engineer I asked her for an simple number.

My prescription glasses are now too strong for me and have decreased in strength by about 15%.

I did not have any crazy glucose levels prior to taking reta even considering my size so I am have ruled out that as a contributing factor.

Needless to say I'm over the moon.
