During the last two weeks, I've had far more gas and bloating than before. Feeling uncomfortable has made it hard for me to sleep at times. While GLP-1 do cause me to experience gas and bloating, I didn't understand why it was much worse during the last two weeks. Then I finally figured it out. I recently started swimming. Because I got more serious, I decided to buy my first even jammer training/practice swimsuit. They're the swimsuit that kind of look like bike shorts. Here is a photo of a jammer. No, that's not me: I don't have a model's body. Jammers are supposed to be somewhat tight. I started wearing them about two weeks whenever I swim. I'm fairly sure I got the right size because I went to a swim shop for that purpose. Well, it turns out tight clothes do make gas and bloating worse. Yesterday, when I went to swim, I wore an old-fashioned swimsuit. I will attend my first master's swim club practice tonight. I will wear the jammer while there. However, I'll make sure to put it on and remove it in the locker room in order to limit the time that area is compressed. I'm pretty sure that the jammers would not have been a problem if not for the GLP-1 drug. That doesn't really mean much since there is little chance I'm going to stop taking GLP-1 drugs. I wouldn't be even be willing to regularly swim if I hadn't lost weight because I wouldn't want people seeing my bare belly; I'm not suggesting that my belief system was healthy. At the same time, I do want to acknowledge who I actually am.
