Has anyone here ever used mz biolabs? I sent them a vial for testing and the tracking says the package got forwarded due to instructions or the wrong address on the label.
I can not get mz to respond. Has anyone here used them and had the same situation? I know they probably just have all thier packages forwarded for security reasons but it's got me worried my package is lost.
I've always used janoshik so I'm new to mz

They responded and got the sample. Tracking still shows its lost. It was the posts offices mistake. In case anyone in the future sees this they do not forward any packages.

MZ Labs has the worst customer service out of the 2 other labs that I've used for testing Jano was the best so far. Firstly, I emailed MZ to find out their pricing and procedures, and did not receive a reply until a week later. Based on price, I sent 5 samples to MZ to be tested, and they did not acknowledge receipt of the samples until I emailed them to make sure they had them. I was aware that they said it would be 3 weeks for results, so I waited a month and emailed to get an update, and as usual, 2days later, I got a response that I should have received the payment info for my samples. Terrible customer service, I will not use them again.

MZ has always been something of a mess dealing with individual consumers, and for a while wouldn't even do business with consumers.
