I am a type 2, who has regulated my blood sugar with tirz and a glucose monitor for the last nine months. I started nad+ about 10 days ago. In this time frame, my blood sugar has also been more erratic than usual. I didn’t connect the two until this morning, when I injected and I got notice a bit later of a glucose spike. I had not eaten anything, so this was completely out of the ordinary. Now I’m wondering if the NAD is affecting my glucose levels. Anyone know anything on this topic?

Quick read of this article indicates it can cause hyperglycemia while reducing blood glucose levels. Study was of limited size.
