NAD + Crystalizing

I have recently encountered my NAD+(buffered) crystalizing. It was a 500mg vial and I reconstituted with 3 ML bac water. My mom had the same vial, did the same reconstitution but put hers in the fridge and had a zip lock bag wrapped around it. Hers was not affected at first and was good for about 3 weeks but then when she went to dose it was crystalized. Any suggestions? I tried to place my vial in warm water the crystals did not disintegrate. I hate that I lost a vial but more concerned about my future NAD reconstitution. Any help is appreciated.

If your vial size will allow it, I suggest using more Bacteriostatic Water. Maybe 1ml per 100mg. The crystals can be from supersaturation. This is more common with Amino Acids, but can occur with NAD+.

I will try that next time. Since then I decided to put it on pause and do some SS-31 to maximize it but thank you for the tip. Makes sense.
