NAD+ from QST does not dissolve.

Some people use even more 5-10 ml for unbuffered NAD+. You can also use 2.5ml BAC and then add sodium bicarbonate to bring the PH up to 5-6 (but not above 6) and the add the remaining bac water (subtracting however many units of SB you added). Be sure to add a vent needle though because it will bubble like crazy.
I just realized this info is already in this thread, start by reading the thread :)

I hate the amber vials, it makes it harder to see floaters and crystallization. I am perfectly capable of shielding the NAD from sunlight, I don't need an amber vial.
Wait to use it, mine completely settled on the bottom as a powder and I got a refund

i just added more water (solvent), if you have to much solute (product) it will not dissolve in the solvent. Those 6 chemistry classes are finally paying off. I had 500mg in mine i added 1 ml, could see there was no way it would dissolve into the solution went to 2.5 ml added the NA Bicab swirled it i could see it went into the solution. It was perfect at 3ml.

Make sure to the test the PH, from what I have read if it is >6 it will degrade quickly.

Correct that was the 2nd thing i did. the big difference is i buy powder by the gram, or in this case 100 gram. I had 500mg in a 5 ml vile a lot of room to get everything right

I just got a kit in from Joyous. It is actually labeled "requires 3ml bac water". Some do 5ml. I will probably do 4ml bac and 1ml lido/epi for my first go around...

The first vial I used 6ml bac and it did not fully dissolve. The second vial I used 3ml because I was going to filter and transfer it to a pen if it dissolved but it did not.

I have qst nad+ and faced same problem. With first vial everything was fine but rest of the vials are not dissolving fully even after i added .5ml sodium bicarbonate. Also it's not buffered, qst made a false advertisement about buffered part.
Without SB it hurts really bad. She offered me replacement but i will push for refund cuz i asked for buffered and got unbuffered acid

I believe you did not add enough water and swirl it enough. Flash back as a kid putting to much chocolate in my milk to make chocolate milk and that was what was left on the bottom of my cup. Or its a bad batch

I reconstituted with 4ml bac water, i think it's enough for 500mg nad. I also heated the vial with hair dryer but crystals remained undissolved. May be a bad batch because first vial was great, I didn't even add SB

Who did you get it from?

Update: I have got my refund.

Ive been injecting it 3x a week, dissolving takes longer than other peptides and honestly stings the most but I heard it's normal.

Just curious, what happens if you just reconstitute NAD with bac water and don't hit that pH? Like, does it degrade faster or not work as well? I am not looking to play chemist.

one simple test a vendor could do is reconstitute a vial in the batch and inject a small amount to check for ISR and stinging.

just a very basic check before you ship that it at least passes those criteria.
