I ordered from ERP on April 6th. Tracking on April 9th after I asked. USPS showed a delivery of April 13th. Day came and went and it has said traveling through the network since.

So on to the actual question. I tried to submit a ‘find my package’ through USPS and I could no answer the questions correctly. What should I do.

Nothing to do, it's in the states and at the mercy of the wonderful USPS. You could call, but they’ll likely just say it’s in transit to the next facility and running late. Tornados just hit the Midwest hard for back to back weeks. Maybe your truck flipped over, who knows.

More than likely a postal worker stole the package. They are notorious thieves. They steal little kids birthday cards for the $5 in it from grandma. More than likely they are shooting up your peptides as we speak OR they have sold them to somebody who knows what they are since they ain't the brightest bulbs in the lamp.

Yep that's probably what happened.

Proverbs 3:3

USPS tracking just sort of drops out sometimes for me. Sometimes they seem to get shifted to the wrong destination, like they stayed on a plane for an extra trip. When that happens, the tracking reports nothing until it suddenly reports "out for delivery." So far nothing lost, but it has never been over a week or so MIA for me.

I had this happen with a package last year from a vendor. usps lost it in the last mile. literally it showed it was out for delivery and usps 'lost' it. that was my biggest ever one time order too. usps never found it.
What were the end results ? Did you get another package shipped ? Partial or full refund ?

I would imagine the vendor’s responsibility ends once the package clears import customs and is handed off to a U.S. shipping carrier. At that point, any delays or issues would likely be with USPS rather than the vendor.

Guess I am just out of luck. I reached out three times now to Louise. Twice to ask if she could see anything on her end and then to ask them to please file a claim.

Was trying to stockpile. Now I have to find another vendor.

My package from Barn bounced around the country. First NYC where the status didn't change for 3 weeks, then 2 days in Chicago, then 3 days in Miami, then Dallas. After a few days in Dallas they determined the shipper had used counterfeit postage, and posted that there would be no further updates. Nothing was ever delivered.

Hope this doesn't happen to you. The vendor refunded me quickly, to her credit.

I've had a "shipping label created, USPS awaiting the package" since April 10th.
Made it to the States and through customs very fast. Now nothing. I found the USPS tracking number on parcelsapp.com.

Was this an international order or from a USA domestic warehouse? Best case: it was sent to the wrong part of the country at a sorting facility but will still arrive. Bad case: it was legitimately lost. Not great case: it was an international order & Customs had the USPS return it back to them for "reinspection". Worst case: it contained something not legal & was intercepted by Postal Inspectors. Good luck & hope it turns up soon.

This was from a U.S. warehouse.

This was from a U.S. warehouse.
Hopefully it's lost/misplaced rather than stolen, you can report missing mail on the USPS website, but they seem to have restrictions...

So maybe don't tell them what really is in it? They don't have to open it.

I have had success one time using this, they found my package in the bottom of a stack of unused carts.

If your local postmaster is nice, you can talk to them or the supervisor and they might be able to locate the last known location and make a phone call. I used to work at one and we found some mail/packages that fell behind something a month before. If something is lost, they usually know where to look, but for some reason don't check those spots unless they have to.

But maybe some postman is grooving to all your love letters, and peps.

My shipment from jeep had the same issue. It was marked as being out for delivery. That day came and went. Then it went to this error message and the package was suddenly in New York? They sent me a new tracking number and that one came through. It appears the first shipment might actually have been intercepted or lost. When I asked about it at the post office they said it was at customs the whole time and never was anywhere near being delivered to me. Their tracking system is having issues IMO.

How did you track it to the states and through customs?

I used another vendor and the only tracking info that pops up is USPS from 3/20. It has never updated and I have never received anything. When I asked the vendor last week they told me it was currently going through customs in the destination country. So they either have a way to track it or they are just feeding me a line of BS?
I found the outside of US tracking information on parcelsapp.com

Barn is not responding to my numerous requests for an update. Package shipped March 15 from China to USA, still has not touched USPS. Very frustrating. I assume they are just ripping people off now.
I sure hope it's just a delay issue. Frankly I'm very hesitant to order from China now. Between the JEEP endotoxins, counterfeit postage, and lack of responses from vendors, it's starting to look like a bad bet.

For now I've been ordering from a US Warehouse (not Barn), but the selection is always limited. And even that order had some weirdness happen. If I didn't know better, I'd suspect that the FDA is somehow pulling strings to get the Chinese vendors to destroy their own industry.

LOL, THAT is an understatement.
Look at one shipment that has bounced around for three weeks. Just ridiculous. I doubt it will ever be delivered. USPS tracking is just a wish list thing.

"There seems to be some confusion here. I'm not asking for compensation when I ask you to inquire about a package. It's just how USPS works. The shipper has to flag it as possibly missing so USPS can do their investigation into the package status."

I bet that would have gotten better results.

Issue resolved with Barn. Reputation restored, refund given. All is well now.

I had a parcel sent via 4px that did not update for 12 days and the status was pre Chinese customs . All of a sudden it’s moved to the uk post customs and is with the last mile provider ( Royal Mail) . I think it’s just pretty wild out there at the moment , I have another parcel out st the moment with GLY who are normally pretty good at tracking but again it’s not moved for a week .
