Need help with identifying the vials from QSC Christmas Promo

I received my QSC Christmas Promo (International Warehouse) order despite not receiving any tracking number even asking like 3 times. I am facing a new challenge now. As most of you know, Tracy is off the grid for now and Chinese new year is also coming up. I have no idea how to identify the vials that I have received. There are numbers on outside of each box. I have taken pictures of each vial and added the number to each picture.

My order:
PT-141
HCG-700IU
NAD+

Codes:
- A096 Black Cap
- A090 Red Cap
- A040 Blue Cap
- A051 Purple Cap

I also ordered Sermoreilin 5mg but that was was easy to identify because I had ordered two kits and everything else was one kit. This one is A051, purple cap, also SMRL, printed on the box.

If you ordered any of these items from the Christmas Promo and you were able to get help from QSC with identifing the vials, please let me know.

Sermoreilin is purple cap, A051 is the code. Just noticed there is also a SMRL printed on the box

Each kit comes in a square box and codes are clearly printed on each box. I did not want to post pictures of the boxex to prevent putting the vendor at risk as if they are not already at risk. LOL

I dont see anything on the box that goes in the format A000... The name makes me think reta, but I didnt order reta?

I think I got the code A050 for sermorelin because I got the 2mg, if you got the 5mg then it would make sense that it is A051

Just double checked, I ordered 5mg. I will edit my post and add the mg. Thanks for sharing. It will help the people who ordered the 2mg.

I think ive got a significantly different box than you... did yours come from china or USA warehouse?

I bought NAD+ in the Christmas promo (A090) and it has the "red" caps. I put red in quotes because the cap looks orange to me. I went so far as to compare it to other red and orange cap colors in other COAs with photos, and it still looks orange to me. However seeing that others got the same makes me feel slightly better about it. Photo of mine below (red pen for color contrast):

Ah this was USA warehouse from the christmas promo (the one case I have)

Im still waiting on my china stuff.
