Once you get away from the totes legit compounded meds you enter a grey world with several tiers.

This is just my own nomenclature -- nothing official. And this tier system is not intended to be an exact quality label.

Tier 1 is Direct from China. You make contact with a vendor over email, Discord, or Telegram. You may have to pay in crypto. A few...
