I joined this forum yesterday and wanted to write a little something to introduce myself and gets some tips.
I'm a 23 years old French male who was always a bit skinny fat. Started gym 3 years ago, build some muscle so now I'm a bit overweight (28% bodyfat). I want to drop this number a bit just to be "more healthy", correct me if I'm wrong but 13% is way better for your health than 28% (or 3%, I don't really want that). I always have the famous food noises, I read a lot of things about peptides and suddenly I'm here reading about y'all stories and research.
That's pretty much it for now, if you have some tips to give me, I'll take it.
