Hello from Ohio. I made my first order from expensive places last year. Tucked the box away in the freezer and spent the next 7 months trying to get the nerve to actually start. I finally got my act together in April and began with Reta and NAD+. I am still spiraling down this rabbit hole and enjoying every minute of it! I’ve got some new things coming this month to add to the mix that I’m pretty excited about. So far I’ve only lost about 25lbs but I’ve lost a LOT of inches and I don’t have to take blood pressure meds anymore! I was on them for 9 years.

Well, I was born here. Spent a decade one state south, but returned. I'm close enought to retirement though to smell the ocean breezes beckon....

Which Ocean? I just spent the 4th of July visiting my son in Florida and it’s got me changing my retirement plans too!

Lots of retirees where we go... Gulf side. My husbands family has a condo in Cape Coral. We love, love, love Ft Myers/Sanibel/Captiva area. I get down there every chance I get! But OSU grad and die-hard Buckeye til I die! I just don't have to live here.... Where did you go?
