Hello, nice to meet everyone. I'm here since I recently concluded the phase 3 clinical trial for retatrutide. I've got to admit it was pretty great getting paid to lose weight. Happy to share any experiences I and other trial participants had since we definitely shared experiences. I've also been researching many other peptides over the last year but didn't want to interfere with the reta trial so haven't branched out a whole lot yet.

Do you have any clues to what dose you were on? What percentage of your weight did you lose? What was your beginning and ending BMI? Inquiring minds want to know.

Hi! I just joined too. Care to share how much weight you lost? or is that a trial secret? 😉 Tell us more!

I lost a lot of weight doing gray market Reta (the whole story is in my intro). Definitely the best GLP1 available, it's going to do gangbusters when it's finally released.

I'm interested in Survodutide, the GLP1/GCGR dual agonist. Can't help but wonder how it performs without the GIP agonism.

Yes! I went from 2, 4, 6, 9 and ended on 12. I'm sure my doctor wasn't supposed to tell me whether I ended on the 9mg or 12mg, but they could tell because it was a different bin than the 9mg. I started at 206 and weighed 132 when I had to be dosed down since I hit 22% BMI. I was trying so hard not to lose weight at the end but that high of a dose made me keep losing.

Not a secret! I started at 206 and went down to 132. At that point, they lowered my dose since I was at 22% BMI. They kept telling me to eat more, but that 12mg was no joke and couldn't eat much if I tried.

Wow. That's pretty amazing. I'm hoping to hear more experiences like yours on this and other forums. Congratulations and keep us informed on how it's going.

Thank you for sharing, I'm sure there will be lots of questions.

Had you tried any other glp medications before Reta? Or was Reta your first?

I'm interested in starting a glp, and not sure if I should go straight to Reta, or start with something different.

Welcome and congratulations on your success!
When you left the trial, did they send you off with any maintenance advice?
