Hey everyone, I’m Ryan, a 41-year-old guy from Springfield, Mo, and I just started my journey with Retatrutide about three weeks ago. I’ve been struggling with weight for most of my adult life, hovering around 260 lbs despite trying every diet under the sun. My doc recommended Retatrutide to help manage my weight and improve my overall health, especially since I’ve got a family history of diabetes. So far, I’m down 8 lbs, and the biggest surprise is how much my appetite has dialed down—I’m not constantly thinking about food anymore, which feels like a minor miracle!
The side effects have been manageable but real. I had some nausea and a bit of fatigue the first week, but it’s gotten better since. I’m sticking to smaller, protein-heavy meals to keep things steady. I’m also trying to walk 10,000 steps a day, which is easier now that I’m not fighting cravings all the time. I’m curious to hear from others on Retatrutide—how’s it going for you? Any tips for dealing with the initial side effects or maximizing results? Excited to be part of this group and looking forward to sharing the journey!
