Hello...I at 49 yo female from the Seattle area. I am currently using GLP-Tirz from Brello Health. I am on dose 7.5 mg equivalent (just started 3rd month. I have lost 7 pounds BUT I keep gaining and losing that 7 lbs. Wondering if my pre menopause hormones being out of wack has anything to do with this 7 lbs? Wondering if I should try Reta and microdose with Tirz? Nice to meet you all. Cheers

AFAIK standard tirz dozing includes higher tiers than what you are taking now. Before I started to experiment with stacking, which puts you waaaay out on the frontier, I would just take more of what you already have. Assuming you are not troubled by side effects, anyway.

Just my two cents.

You could either do reta or keep going up on Tirz. If you are using a telehealth compound place it is possible their dosing is off too.

I was on Brello Tirz also, and found that I'd lose ~1.5 lbs per week reliably, but just as reliably gain back that or more in weeks when I ate carbs

If that doesn't help, you might consider a single vial of reta as your first gray market choice. There's a lot to learn about it (and everything else!) including the elevated heart rate that many find off-putting, while for others that stabilizes, and for other others it doesn't even manifest.
