50yr old female fighting menopause here.
Former casual marathon runner who fell off the running wagon after multiple recurring injuries, resulting in an 80lb weight gain over the years.
I’m reading, researching, learning and trying to get healthy again.

Welcome Breebree. Best of luck in your health journey- it is so worth it! I'm surprised how little my age has gotten in my way as I work to improve overall health- 59 now, and in the best health I have been in 3 decades. Higher muscle, lower fat, stronger cv system, all markers are better than average. Those small healthy daily habits compound and add up to make a big difference over 6-12 months!
