50yr old female fighting menopause here.
Former casual marathon runner who fell off the running wagon after multiple recurring injuries, resulting in an 80lb weight gain over the years.
I’m reading, researching, learning and trying to get healthy again.

Welcome Breebree. Best of luck in your health journey- it is so worth it! I'm surprised how little my age has gotten in my way as I work to improve overall health- 59 now, and in the best health I have been in 3 decades. Higher muscle, lower fat, stronger cv system, all markers are better than average. Those small healthy daily habits compound and add up to make a big difference over 6-12 months!

I should have added that I’ve been on Tirz since the end of April.
I’m down 30lbs so far.
Of course now I’m reading everything and stating to gown the peptide rabbit hole.
Why didn’t I start this sooner?

Hi. Kind of a stupid question but the peptides I see say “not for human or animal consumption, research purposes only“. Am I missing something here? Is that on the label just so they can sell it without a prescription? Thanks

It's legal to sell chemicals for research purposes.

However, it's a very flimsy attempt at a legal shield because it's a strategy that has been successfully prosecuted before.
