Hey everyone! Excited to be here and learn from others on a similar path. I’m currently on retatrutide for weight loss and overall metabolic health. I’ve been documenting my transformation physically and mentally, including incorporating workouts, tracking diet, and making big shifts in purpose and routine.

So far I’m down 17 lbs, now sitting at 218 lbs at 6’1.5”. I haven’t even added structured workouts until now, so I’m excited to see what changes once I do. I’m also dialing in other areas of health and longevity and looking into what could stack well with retatrutide in the future.

Looking forward to sharing progress, learning from the group, and seeing what everyone else is experimenting with.

That is is a wonderful amount of progress! Keep going! Those workouts will completely transform your body while using Reta. For me resistance training is key. Welcome to the bio hacking journey. Nice to meet you!
