Hello everyone, my name is Debra, 55 yo mom/gma who is new to peptide world. Been doing a lot of reading and am here to learn b4 I take anything. Have been overweight all my adult life and have tried so many things. Come to realize I need some assistance down this path that diet and exercise alone hasn't accomplished over the years. Autoimmune issues are kicking my butt so looking at getting on a track of healing. Looking forward to a healthier me.

Welcome Debra🙂 There are quite a few of us 50 something ladies on the forum. Just an FYI, I had an autoimmune disorder for the last twenty years, and for the first time ever since diagnosis, I am completely off of thyroid meds, and have been off since the second moth of tirz.

Welcome Debra, great plan to do research before jumping straight in! I spent around 6 months researching before I took the plunge, so far so good!
