Nexaph or evolve

I chose nexaph!!!
So here is an update!!!!!! I finally placed my order with Nexaph I ordered the 10mg kit. I'm honestly excited and scared lol. But at least I finally did it. All I have left to do is order my back water 💧. I still have plenty of compound left from my telehealth so I'm not sure when I will take my 1st injection. But I'm overall I'm happy with my decision .
Congrats!

I’m seriously considering getting the tirz 10mg kit to try even though I’m on 15mg. Is this what you ordered? I’m super nervous 😂

if you are on 15, you do understand you would need to use 2 vials (1.5 to be exact) for every dose.

At 15mg weekly a 60 makes much more sense, or 30 minimum. Just want to be sure you are aware that 10mg vial is only 2/3 your dose.

Yes, my thoughts are that since it’s my 1st order I wouldn’t risk that much money if it didn’t work out. Obviously the best deal for me would be the 60 I’m just scared 🤦‍♀️. I’m still in the I’m gonna do it/not going to do it battle.

Were you able to find a test group or 3rd party test results for that? I haven’t found one so far.

If you join the nexa telegram, he has a link to another that does third party testing organized by buyers. There's also the flying purple pep guild which tests a lot of nexa.

Update so I received my order. Do I refrigerate them or freeze them. I want be using them until next month and half
Freeze them and just take out each vial as needed, let it come to room temp for a few minutes and then reconstitute and refrigerate.

I assume you can't go wrong either way, from a table posted by AndyPanda:

Lots of threads about storage, if we are talking about Tirz and other GLP-1s.

I could tell you what I read about jano, posted by a user not verified, that GLP-1s can last years with minor degradation in your garage while still lyophilized. (I doubt it was a Texas garage, but I digress)

Once reconstituted it is recommended to refrigerate and use within 28 days, although many use for much longer, as much as 2-3 months. (I would definitely use proper cleaning hands and area as well as cap before and after each pin).

It seems the consensus of most is to freeze while lyophilized and it will last years in a normal freezer (many say insulate if frost free).

Other peptides/stacks are different. I do not freeze NAD+ or LIPO-c

There is some debate on freezing reconstituted- I have seen a few say they do it, most do not.
The concern with freezing is that it's unlikely lyophilization from these vendors is truly moisture free - there's almost certainly some water content in the vials. Depending on just how much, it's mixture with the filler and peptides means it will freeze at a lower temperature. When the moisture freezes it has the potential to damage adjacent peptides. Couple that with most kitchen freezers having defrost cycles that will result in the peptides heating up a bit, and you might have lots of thaw/freeze cycles. This is why the -80C freezers are sought after - they're cold enough and stable enough that you shouldn't have to worry about this.

Personally, I bought one of those -40F freezers off amazon and stash the peptides between layers of gel blocks to increase the thermal mass and insulate them.

But now that I think about it, I would freeze more out of concern for sterility (assuming that is best), but I always filter anyway:

Even for use within a few months, freezing lyophilized peptides in a vial is still the better option for maintaining sterility compared to refrigeration. It provides a greater margin of safety against microbial contamination and degradation.

General Recommendations for Storing Lyophilized Peptides:
  • Always store in a tightly sealed vial to prevent moisture and air exposure, regardless of temperature.

  • Minimize exposure to light, as some peptides can be light-sensitive. Store in a dark place or an amber vial.

  • Allow the vial to come to room temperature before opening to prevent condensation from forming on the cold powder, which can introduce moisture and compromise stability and sterility.

When I first came over to the gray side, I spent a TON of $$ with Nexaph. Fancy website, credit cards, two day free shipping, all of it was phenomenal. The product is good, nothing to write home about, it does what it should do.
Since then, I’ve used a couple of different other vendors for way less money, products work like they should, and my bank account is no longer crying in pain.
