Freeze them and just take out each vial as needed, let it come to room temp for a few minutes and then reconstitute and refrigerate.

Other peptides/stacks are different. I do not freeze NAD+ or LIPO-c

But now that I think about it, I would freeze more out of concern for sterility (assuming that is best), but I always filter anyway:

When I first came over to the gray side, I spent a TON of $$ with Nexaph. Fancy website, credit cards, two day free shipping, all of it was phenomenal. The product is good, nothing to write home about, it does what it should do.
Since then, I’ve used a couple of different other vendors for way less money, products work like they should, and my bank account is no longer crying in pain.
 
@BrowsingAbout Are you saving by getting orders shipped from China or are you still using domestic warehouses? Are you using companies like SRY or companies most of us never heard of?
 
I have to chime in on this one:
Although it is true there are ways to cut cost, and many enjoy taking advantage of them, for some it is about priorities.

I have used a number of vendors, all for w/e reason, and I do see the value in these guys.
From a value comparison, it is convenient but costly. However the cost is generally no more than a few dollars a week. For some the other benefits outweigh the cost, for others it is a no brainer to save a few bucks. Thankfully those options exist.
 
Yes, and these "Crazy Thursday" deals shipped from China are very tempting!

Anyway, it seems if you have larger orders or orders with more variety, then you may be more likely to go with shipping from China, despite customs.

I'd be careful of this crazy deals vendor. Can't say anything since I did not test but their Reta (bought last year) took a long time to dissolve. Sometimes > 12 hrs which is really abnormal and something I have never seen with Reta from any other company. Not saying they have bad product, but I'd take my money elsewhere.
 
Thanks for the info! I will definitely avoid. I was looking at their Discord more just a few minutes ago, and I was already getting bad vibes.

I have ordered twice now from SRY (US warehouse for TB-500 and SS-31) and once from Nexaph (BPC-157). I have only ordered one kit at a time, so that's another reason I stick to domestic shippers (so far). I was angry with SRY after reading about the federal indictment, but I am now telling myself they are sorry and won't do it again...or at least won't get caught again 😀

Ok so I am new to this and have a couple questions:

On the nexaph website, it looks so straightforward I am confused about how to get in a group that tests or to know if it has been tested?

I currently have some lyophilized sema in the back of the freezer in an insulated steel hydroflask container. Is this okay or should I seriously look into buying a second freezer?

I've been on compound sema for 6 months, currently taking 1.75mg doses (I was on 1.5 and am trying not to jump up too quickly to max out). But I am considering getting some tirz in case that happens over the next year and I'll have something more effective on hand. Good idea?

Thank you! Yes I am in the telegram community but still trying to navigate it. Telegram is new to me as well. 🙂 I saw Cain posted that tirz is restocked but testing isn't for 1-2 weeks. Not sure where to go from there about getting a tested product.
 
I’ve had good success with Nexaph, and when something was off Cain has made it right. I’ve never bought Lipo-C from them but he posted the following on their Telegram yesterday…

I want to take a moment to address the recent testing results related to our Lipo-C product. Some have expressed concern that my team and I are avoiding the issue, but I want to assure you that we’ve been actively investigating what happened behind the scenes. Our goal is full transparency and accountability.

1. B12 Source Confirmation

I contacted our supplier to verify the type of B12 used in the Lipo-C blend. They confirmed that they supplied cyanocobalamin, not hydroxocobalamin.

2. Understanding the B12 Result

We researched how cyanocobalamin might have appeared as hydroxocobalamin in the test. It turns out this transformation is chemically possible. Here’s what we found:

• Hydroxocobalamin can form as a degradation product of cyanocobalamin, particularly under certain conditions like prolonged exposure to water, light, heat, or extremes in pH.

• Mechanism:

Cyanocobalamin contains a cyanide group (-CN) bonded to a cobalt center. In aqueous or light-exposed environments, the cyanide group can be displaced by a hydroxyl group (-OH), converting it to hydroxocobalamin.

• Hydrolysis:

Cyanocobalamin + H₂O → Hydroxocobalamin + HCN

• Photolysis:

Light exposure can also cause this bond to break, especially during extended storage.

• Summary:

• Yes, hydroxocobalamin can form from cyanocobalamin under the right conditions.

• It’s a slower and more stable degradation pathway than that of methylcobalamin.

• The shift is more likely in water-based, light-exposed, or improperly stored solutions.

3. About the L-Carnitine Overfill

We also noticed an overfill in the L-carnitine concentration. It’s important to note that amino acid blends are notoriously difficult to test accurately, which is why Janoshik doesn’t/wont test all of the ingredients in the mixture. I commend their lab for even attempting to test this blend.

We mix batches in 10,000 mL lots and weigh 600g of L-carnitine per batch. A 10% overfill would still only bring it to ~60 mg/mL, which doesn’t align with what testing indicated and just highlights the difficulties of testing blends.

4. What Does This Mean for the Product?

We understand that the term “degradation product” might sound alarming—but in this case, hydroxocobalamin is not a harmful impurity. On the contrary, it’s actually a more bioavailable and therapeutically active form of B12 than cyanocobalamin. The conversion likely happened during storage, and while it wasn’t intentional, the end result is not unsafe—in fact, it may have enhanced the product’s efficacy.

That said, we know this wasn’t what was expected, and we fully understand how frustrating this situation may be. We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to prevent this from happening again.

1. Amber Vials – To reduce light exposure and preserve B12 integrity.

Sema max dose is 2.4. I would max before switching.
 
I have bought twice from Nexaph and have been very happy both times. Their preorder deals are great, domestic warehouse, excellent multi layer testing, PayPal and CC accepted, and a vendor who is responsive, communicative, and quick. It’s not all about price. Not saying I won’t ever shop elsewhere, but they’re definitely my go to.

It is worth mentioning, Nexaph list price vs presale price is often different, as is most vendors list vs sales price. It always makes sense to wait for a sale/pre-buy.

As for the Nexaph Glow it is TB4, which is a challenge to find, also not on pre-buy at the moment.

But if you are simply looking for lowest price, there are always cheaper.

Same. I do love nexaph's polish and convenience. I still do his pre-orders sometimes. He also has a wide variety...almost retail level.

If you look at the certs from the newest batches of Glow, it says TB4 I think. That's the preferred chain for glow..i noticed SRY pivoted to tb4 in the last batch. Peptide princess/elolve is slinging the old batch glow kits with tb500.

Tbh i would almost rather pay more and get stuff from Nexaph, I like bff/Amo too. Sry is a bit of trainwreck at the moment.

*exactly...I've picked up quite a few single vials from her. She's gtg, friend of a friend, it's all SRY stuff. It started out as 'extra' from GBs but has become a quick niche to try fairly certain items.
