No sure if anyone has been following, but back in January an independent test group tested a Nexaph batch of T30 (2TZ3012242025-20) and received a failed sterility TYMC (Yeast/Mold) result from Jano. This was for the Christmas 12/23 Tirz 30mg Pre-Order. The cap/crimp colors are red/green. There are a bunch of different red colors caps.

A group over on TG collected another 40 vials (I think) for additional sterility testing and sent some to TrustPointe and some to Jano. The results from TrustPointe recently came back and 3 out of 4 batches failed sterility. I think everyone was hoping that the failed sterility result on the one vial from the independent group was a one-off (perhaps a failed seal or lack of vacuum on a specific vial), but the issue appears more widespread.

I personally didn't buy this batch, but have other Nexaph products. So, I contributed to the additional testing costs, but the group is open to everyone over on TG if anyone has this batch.

Do you have the results of the amounts by chance?

I got the mid-Jan batch T60 Green Cap, red crimp. So far, so good.
2P6001152026-01.Endos tested and low. It appears the Novembers and Decembers are still in question.

I don't see a numerical value, just pass/fail. I think that they tested four batches of 6 vials each and 3 of the batches failed.

The organism ID is: Staphylococcus pasteuri

I think it's an open group, at least that was the intent when they created the group. I'm not sure if people can just add themselves or if they need an invite link. I don't seem to be able to create an invite link.

The name of the group is "Montana Peptide/James Lawless Super Test Group"

I have the TIR6012062025-09 batch (so the December) and the results were recently released and all as good. We did full testing including endotoxins, sterility, heavy metals, etc. The only thing that came back a little high was endotoxins.

Can you send me an invite to the group? I have this batch.

TG won't let me create an invite link, but the group was always supposed to be open even for non-paying members. Maybe see if you can add yourself. If not, I can request a link.

Thank you. It won't come up for me. I went ahead and messaged James Lawless for an invite, as I see an invite in FPPG, but it's expired.

Just making, but filtering through a 22um filter and into a sterile vial fixes any of these issues right?

Yes, filtering significantly reduces the risk of microbial contamination. The filtering process will remove bacteria, yeast/molds, and particulates. An aspectic technique is important as well as using sterile supplies and good bac water. If you have this batch, it might also be one of those times not to push the limits on the shelf life after reconstitution.

Psh!

Endotoxins are not filtered out in the process. But that wasn't on the list of things that I said would be filtered out. Historically, endotoxins have not been an issue, but lately it seems that endotoxins are on the rise. Makes sense in the context of this failed sterility situation.

I have a prior kit from Nexa for tirz and sema from a little while back. Is there a way to find out if independent testing was done, as it seems we can't trust their QR code with the test that pops up. I've been using it without problems, but now I'm paranoid.

A lot of the independent test groups post the results of their testing after a certain amount of time. Check on TG in the Flying Purple Pep Guild and StG.

I have this batch. I'm not feeling very comfortable using it but I don't know. Curious to hear folks thoughts on it, if anyone feels like sharing. I am a very healthy person with no history of allergic reactions. I have not had any issues with any peptide so far, I think my research began about a year ago. My instinct is to throw it away and cut my losses, but I realize that we are probably wading in slightly murky waters with grey peps anyway. WWYD?

Filter your peptide into a sterile vial to make it sterile. Filtering costs 0.5$ per filter.

I’lll try to find that lol. I’m a smidge slow with new things.

Testing 40 vials for sterility is like setting money on fire. Sterility in this space is an issue we can at least mitigate.

If they are that worried about sterility, I shudder to think what they will do when they find out about endotoxins. These cannot be filtered away.

Thank you. I was smart enough to find it. Endotoxins are 5 or something. I’ve been using it. Do I need to filter?

Sterility wasn’t tested. Maybe I should stop injecting or test it. 😩 I’m scared now.

We should definitely put this matter into context. This failed sterility testing is on one batch of T30. Nexaph sells tons of products, which are regularly tested for sterility and we haven’t seen a systemic problem. When a lab tests for sterility, the peptides are put into a medium that encourages growth and subjected to environmental conditions that also encourage growth. The test isn’t on reconstituted vials after say 14 days in a fridge.

If you have this specific batch, you definitely want to filter, use aseptic reconstitution techniques, and consider how long you use a reconstituted vial.

Unfortunately, not true. Nexaph.com is most definitely the Shanghai Nexa Pharma Co. See the screenshot from their webpage below:
Yes they're the same, that's why some of us still call them SNP. They're not the first vendor to change or modify their name, they won't be the last.
