Good. I'm not trying to dox myself any harder than I usually do, but because of what I do for a living and how long I've been around it, I understand direct customer feedback to be an EXTREMELY valuable resource, and businesses need to be willing to pay for those resources with money, product, information, or something else of tangible value.
I have been known to get absolutely shrill when I see companies coming around with "Hey, can you feedback labor for us that we'll turn into money? And will you do it for cheap as free if I say hey guys and use lots of exclamation points?"
