I know you can dump a protein shake in a ninja creami and it'll turn into something very similar to ice cream, and I do that sometimes. But I HATE sucralose and don't want a ton of sugar, I generally like an allulose/monkfruit blend.

Last night I tried, in a single creami pint:

20g macadamia nuts, pre-blended into a small amount of water. No need to strain, the creami will pulverize them when it's time.
Spoonful of cocoa powder
Spoonful of the allulose/monkfruit sweetener
30g of protein powder
Little vanilla extract
Little grated Tonka bean
1 tablespoon pistachio instant pudding mix (supposedly this makes it smoother. It also definitely makes it pistacio-dessert flavored.)
Pinch of salt.

A plus. If you said "Want some chocolate pistachio ice cream?" and gave me a scoop of it, I wouldn't even question it.

This is my go to.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups Fairlife Nutrition Plan Chocolate Milk — or vanilla;
  • 2 tablespoons Stevia — or another sweetener of your choice;
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Whipped Cream – to decorate, optional.

Stealing this recipe, thank you. I too can not stand sucralose and am always disappointed when I accidently ingest it.

I get a mouthful of it and it stops me short. It shows up in stuff that I wouldn't even expect it to be in, and bleeeeah, what is that gross, sweet, plasticky taste??

Also, what a fine looking booby you have in your pic!

My go to Recipe is as follows

2 scoops of vanilla Ice cream Protein Powder
1 Nurri Vanilla Ice cream protein Shake
1 Vanilla Ratio Yogurt
its something absurd like 108 grams of protein and its not bad at all it does indeed fill you up quite quick and give you some gnarly toots though so be aware haha

you had me RIGHT up to "gnarly toots." Jesus Christ I can't think of two words I want less to put together in that order.
