I'm on my 2nd cycle of ipa, and I'm not currently stacking with any other secretagogues. I do .3 mg an hour before bed 5 nights per week. I have noticed some slight water retention, but not too significant.
I felt great my first cycle. I slept great, saw noticeable increases in strength and had great energy. The effects were a bit more muted for the second cycle, but we're still there.
Not sure what your goals are with ipa. Some take it for fat loss, some for muscle growth, some just for improvement to sleep and energy. Probably the best use case is to prevent muscle loss while taking a glp1. It's arguably mildest of the secretagogues, but it's also dirt cheap. A 10 mg kit at the suggested cycles could last 2 years. I'm sure real growth hormone would blow it out of the water, and stacking with cjc or tesa would increase the benefits as well, but for the minimal price I'm definitely not complaining.
