I just wanted to confirm that thr NaCl component wouldn't effect the peptideAll of the lyophilized peptides you mentioned can be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) or with bacteriostatic water with sodium chloride like you mentioned. The benzyl alcohol is important for vials being punctured multiple times. I assume you’re following all other sterilization protocols.
Not for the ones you mentioned. I know it’s been said by professionals that we don’t actually need the benzyl alcohol and I understand that isn’t standard outside the US but I am going to keep doing it that way because it’s easy and inexpensive to obtain.Thank you.
