Notice for anyone ordering from Sigma Audley (SSA) group

I ordered in stock products from them on February 2nd, 2025 ( nothing special some T30 * 2 and S10 * 1 ) and have been waiting for a tracking number or some update on when my order will ship. I have been on their Telegram feed and watching others post how they ordered the same stuff after I did and have received their orders. My conversation with SSA has been like this.


February 4th

Sigma Audley:

Currently, all routes throughout the United States, all general or sensitive goods shipped to the United States have been suspended

You need to wait patiently for two days

I’m just getting back to purchasing product and did notice on Revolt SSA kind of came to a grinding stop just recently. Even saw the same with Tracy QSC. So much has changed since I’ve been out of the loop for almost a year.

I'm pretty sure they are in trouble, just like Tracy, and are just taking orders to collect money before they disappear.

I've already written off my $540 I wired to them. Expensive lesson.

Placed a order with PGB this morning for similar stuff and already got a FedEx tracking number. SRY delivered, HK Peptides delivered, and Ava Smith/LSPL delivered. SSA is the only group pulling this "customs delay" garbage.

I placed an order with SSA for several peptides on January 14, under the promise that it would be shipped before the Chinese holiday break. The tracking code was issued on January 24, 10 days after payment. However, the package was only actually shipped on February 13, that is, almost 30 days for the actual dispatch. I have been patient with them because I knew about the holiday. Now I am waiting for it to arrive in my country (Brazil). After it arrives, I will provide more information. This is my first order with SSA.

Best of luck. Guy on the SSA Telegram just posted he ordered 2/5 and got his shipment today 2/18. Two T30 kits like I paid for, and he lives on the west coast. SSA is just stroking me after robbing me at this point.

It's possible that others who have already received their order used a different method of payment and therefore their orders were shipped sooner. They waited until your payment processed to finish and then when your order shipped, they had some delays. This is based on the order of your events and what he said. I don't know it to be true.

Decent. Their turnaround time was about 2.5 weeks. Took Paypal for payment. Shipped UPS. Haven't actually "researched" the Triz and Sema from them yet, but most of these CN distributors get their supply from a core of factories. So it will probably be OK.

They are still taking orders on peptides. I recall (I think it was them) saying there was a CN crackdown on oils and tablets. Maybe that is what is going on.

I only order peptides, so hopefully the good times keep rollin. Hospira throwing a monkey wrench into the mix is spooking the hobby.

I pat myself on the back every time I make a new vial of bacteriostatic water. I had the luck of ordering a case of 50ml vials of Sterile Water for Injection years back when Mountainside still sold to the public. But my supply of that is finite. I hope all this chaos blows over soon.

I just placed an order with them. Their prices pulled me away from SRY and nexaph. I guess I'll try to forget about the order for the next 30 days then check on it.

Then they had a sale and jumped on that and made another order 2 weeks later , I got an order number the next day but alas it is traceable but not moving at all.

I’m honestly so confused, and scared I won’t get anything.

Sounds like the Chinese Labor Day holiday delay, same with SRY:

The main Sigma Audrey rep (Eve IIRC) will confirm I'm not their biggest fan which is why they were banned from here for over a year, so it's not my usual inclination to defend them in any way.

That being said, are you serious?

You placed an order on May 9th. Ok, so that's a Friday. If you're in the US that means you most likely placed your order on what was actually early Saturday morning in China. This may come as a surprise, but China has weekends too.

Now lets assume that because of the weekend they actually began processing your order on Monday morning May 12th. You said you got tracking on the 17th. That means that it took them about 5 days to get your order out the door which is pretty reasonable for most drug dealer shipments from China.

Now again, the 17th is a weekend so the child labor gets to take some more time off to get any injuries they suffered during the week taken care of in time to get back to those 22 hour days when Monday rolls back around and they get back to figuring out how to hide drugs in cargo planes for impatient Americans. Plus they have more holidays than Canada so that typically causes even more delays.

Hopefully you're starting to smell what I'm stepping in. You placed an order on 5/9 and today is 5/27. A little quick math tells me the difference is 18. So in fact it hasn't been almost 4 weeks, it's only been 18 days, or almost 3 weeks.

Everyone needs to realize that their Chinese drug dealers are not Amazon Prime. Getting your packages to you from 6000+ miles away takes time. Sometimes the planes are full. Sometimes the weather is bad. Sometimes the police or military start sniffing around. Remember that they're not sending you cute little cat placemats from Temu so the shipping methods they use require a little stealth, cloak-and-dagger, and often luck. And while they often have a pretty good idea how long most shipments have been taking recently, unexpected delays are not unusual or uncommon.

My unwavering advice for anyone ordering from China for the past 2-3 years has been expect at least 30 days from when they tell you an order has shipped, and feel very fortunate if it arrives earlier. If it doesn't arrive by then, it's OK to start worrying a little but also understand 4-6 weeks is the norm for many legitimate products shipped from China.

Anyway, sorry to sound mean, but usually it requires a little tough love and blunt talk for people to realize that this is not like any other shopping experience they've ever experienced. Sure, Sigma Auckley may be lying to you and could even been outright ripping you off; but being scared and confused 18 days from when you placed you order or exaggerating that to almost 4 weeks isn't going to fix anything. Just relax and let whatever is going to happen happen and if it does turn into 4 weeks or more we'll try to help you navigate through those waters.
