The only trial listed on the FDA clinicaltrials website (which are generally entered by the sponsoring pharma company without vetting) indicates recruitment was supposed to start a year ago, but hasn't begun.

I got a surgery coming up and got a few vials of IGF-1 LR3 and some Acetic Acid 0.6%. I ran it before and seemed to have good luck with it after a knee replacement, but that was from a Compounding pharmacy already mixed. How much & often are you dosing on the IGF-1 LR3?

Tirz will always be popular... my glucose came in way high on labs last week. Im on 10mg reta every 6 days.... maybe its bunk (wbs) i got it last april. Pinned 15mg of ssa tirz and within 2 days blood sugar came down to 115 from over 130 unless the prednisone i was on raised it.... i know its still high but i think it helped.

I use 40 mcg 5 days on and 2 days off. Monday, Wednesday, Friday I pin IM bilaterally in the target muscle group. Tuesday and Thursday I pin sub q in the abdomen. I reconstitute the vial with an acetic acid solution. I will draw the dosage into the syringe and add sterile Water to dilute the acid. I just learned to only use a small amount of sterile water or it burns like hell. For some reason adding 15 units of sterile water does not burn But adding 50 units of sterile water burns like hell. That's the opposite of what I would have thought. AI suggested less and it was right.

IGF1-lr3 works great!! Definite muscle size and strength gains. That being said a pill would be so much easier. Too bad it's not real!!

SSA tirz is great!!! A T-60 from SSA was my first ever grey purchase. Ada was the sales rep. She was the first sales rep to send me hearts and call me dear when I placed an order. I am now getting close to finishing that kit. You never forget your first❤️

That's where I am; I'm stocking up reta because I get a kick out of having a happy future in my freezer, but my miracle was miracle enough with tirz. I don't need to really chase the next 0.0001% more effective.

Thank you for all that, good information. Funny how I had some sterile water in my cart, for just in case purposes.

How much AA are you adding to the vial? I got 6 vials of 1mg IGF and 3 AA. I read and heard 4-6 weeks max on this. I'm getting my shoulder done, Rotator cuff, bicep has to be reattached, this is the good one. I do the other shoulder next. I'll probably do Sub-q and start slow, i plan on loading 4 weeks of syringes as ill be one handed. Thanks

I add 3ml of 0.6% AA to a 1 mg vial of lr3. That gives 40 mcg in 12 units. I wait till right before the injection to add the sterile water to make sure it does not react with the lr3. I also read somewhere that the benzyl alcohol in Bacteriostatic water will react quickly with the lr3. That's why I use sterile water.

Pemvidutide is NOT a muscle building one. It's a dual agonist of GLP1 and Glucagon.

I suspect it’s only “muscle sparing” because they measured body composition with MRIs and are comparing to other drugs’ DEXA scans. That’s basically an apples to oranges comparison, they’re not measuring the same thing.

Totally agree.. we're chasing the incremental increase, but for most people, they won't need the most powerful strongest drug there is.

I am surprised hearing this about the UBT251 - the first outcome of their phase 3 trials showed it was behind Reta, which is one of the reasons their share price hasn't performed very well. In saying that, they're gone down so much they are kind like what Rollys Royce were a year ago - share price is so low it's a low regret spend.
 

Is Novo Nordisk's Experimental Obesity Drug Outperforming Semaglutide?​

The United Laboratories International Holdings Limited and Novo Nordisk A/S (NVO) reported Wednesday topline data from a phase 2 trial in China showing that UBT251, a triple receptor agonist.

Semaglutide is a key ingredient in the famed Wegovy and Ozempic.

UBT251 is designed to challenge Eli Lilly & Co.'s ‘Triple G' obesity drug, retatrutide, which has already shown promising weight loss results.

UBT251 Shows Superior Glycemic Control And Weight Loss​

The once-weekly injectable UBT251 targets GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors, positioning it within a growing class of multi-agonist therapies. The candidate is being co-developed by United Bio-Technology and Novo Nordisk (NVO) under a March 2025 agreement.

Under the collaboration, United Biotechnology leads development across mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, while Novo Nordisk (NVO) oversees global markets.

In the 24-week study, patients receiving UBT251 achieved a maximum mean HbA1c (blood sugar) reduction of 2.16% from a baseline of 8.12%.

This compares with a 1.77% reduction for semaglutide 1 mg and 0.66% for placebo.

Weight loss outcomes also favored UBT251.

From a baseline weight of 80.1 kg, patients saw reductions of up to 9.8%, versus 4.8% with semaglutide and 1.4% with placebo.

Improvements Across Secondary Endpoints​

Beyond glycemic control and weight, UBT251 demonstrated improvements in waist circumference, blood pressure and lipid levels compared with placebo.

The safety and tolerability profile was consistent with prior studies of triple agonists, with no unexpected findings reported.

Next Steps: Global Trials And Phase 3 Plans​

Novo Nordisk (NVO) has already initiated a global phase 1b/2a trial evaluating UBT251 in overweight participants, with results expected in 2027.

The company plans to begin a global phase 2 trial in type 2 diabetes in the second half of 2026.

United Biotechnology intends to advance the program locally, with plans to launch two phase 3 trials in Chinese patients.

Detailed data from the current study will be presented at a medical conference later this year.

NVO Stock Price Activity: Novo Nordisk (NVO) shares were up 0.89% at $37.22 at the last check on Wednesday, according to Benzinga Pro data
