Hey y’all!

I am here same as you guys, to improve my overall health and wellness by losing some extra weight. For me that means that finally getting my first pull up will be much easier and being active/keeping up with my chaotic life won’t be as exhausting.

I am in Arizona, a nurse (reconstituting and I are BFF’s lol), love bing active and the gym, a busy mom and am excited to connect with y’all. Thanks for welcoming me!

I get enough of that from my daughter. 🤣 🤣
