I started Reta a month ago, and haven’t really felt like I was losing. I weighed at 3 weeks and today, and I’m down 12.5 lbs. I’m guessing it’s the revved up metabolism mostly. And, I’m still managing to get enough sleep most nights. I have middle-of-the-night waking most nights, but, fortunately have been able to get back to sleep to top off the total sleep. This is in stark contrast to Tirz which made me wake up wide awake thinking it was morning (cortisol dysregulation). In any case, I’m happy with the loss, and looking forward to more. FWIW, I started at 1ml twice a week for two weeks, and went up to 1.5 the last two weeks, and plan to stay on it for another two at least. Cheers
