I'll order a fancy scale and let you know in a few days.Nice work. Any stats on current body composition?
Rare but possible side effect of rapid weightloss - used to be a thing that mainly affected bariatric patients originally. Basically, your tubes are supposed to be tiny.... mine have no fat in them anymore and you can drive a truck through there now.Wow! Amazing! Now that I'm done googling Eustachian tubes what happened there? Is it related to weight loss?
Now you’re rubbing things in.Zero loose skin anywhere on my body.
Let's compare our weightloss journey.
Me: Phase 3 Reta dosing schedule with blood tests every 2 weeks + monthly check-ins with PCP and nutritionist.
You: Three GLP1s in 1 month, blood in urine, enlarged prostate, 19 different things all at once, 10x dosage of HGH, fish sperm, and a new hole in your stomach.
I made this chart for myself to keep different scale weights in mind. I'm similar age and height. Current LMM is ~128lbs, 197 body weight, and ~35%bf. But my fancy scale says I'm only 28% bf.I'll order a fancy scale and let you know in a few days.
Anecdotally, I didn't start noticably losing muscle until I hit 170 lbs... since then, I lost my butt and my arms are getting skinny. Tomorrow marks beginning of strength training.
It really does feel like a new life, much appreciated.I think i said it in another thread, but absolutely insane progress. I know you're happy as fuck about cutting all of those meds out. That's insane, congrats on your new life
Loose skin is 99% genetics. I didn’t lose excessively fast (average 1.8 lbs a week) I’m a sharpei….and you're the guy who told me i was being too aggressive with weight loss. how bad is loose skin?
