One Year Difference

Nice work. Any stats on current body composition?
I'll order a fancy scale and let you know in a few days.

Anecdotally, I didn't start noticably losing muscle until I hit 170 lbs... since then, I lost my butt and my arms are getting skinny. Tomorrow marks beginning of strength training.

Wow! Amazing! Now that I'm done googling Eustachian tubes what happened there? Is it related to weight loss?
Rare but possible side effect of rapid weightloss - used to be a thing that mainly affected bariatric patients originally. Basically, your tubes are supposed to be tiny.... mine have no fat in them anymore and you can drive a truck through there now.

I have extreme CRSwNP (sinus polyps, ~15 surgeries) so I rinse my sinuses 2x+ ED with a thing called "Navage". As of the past two months, I noticed that my ears got way more clogged during elevation changes and if I don't fully drain my sinuses after rinsing.

Zero loose skin anywhere on my body.

Let's compare our weightloss journey.

Me: Phase 3 Reta dosing schedule with blood tests every 2 weeks + monthly check-ins with PCP and nutritionist.

You: Three GLP1s in 1 month, blood in urine, enlarged prostate, 19 different things all at once, 10x dosage of HGH, fish sperm, and a new hole in your stomach.
Now you’re rubbing things in.

I made this chart for myself to keep different scale weights in mind. I'm similar age and height. Current LMM is ~128lbs, 197 body weight, and ~35%bf. But my fancy scale says I'm only 28% bf.
