The difference one year makes.
295 -> 157.5 lb
133.8 -> 71.4 kg
Regiment:
- 1200 calories per day
- Multiple multivitamins per day
- 3x liquid IV packets per day
- >100g protein daily
- GLP1s for 8 month (stall was while I took a break from shots but ate the same)
What went right:
- Went from 100 mg of Losartan HCTZ per day to being told I need to eat more salt to raise my BP
- Started 2024 with taking 22 prescription pills in the AM and 13 at PM, now down to 1 in the AM and 0 at PM
- I'm a 5'10" male. I can't shop at Costco for clothing anymore, unless it is in the kid's section
- Perfect blood tests + chronic illnesses are the most controlled they have been in my life
- 169 day streak of counting calories
- Look at food now as fuel instead of a way to handle emotions
- I feel and am healthier than anytime previously in my life
What went wrong:
- Hit low iron, make sure to keep getting regular blood tests. Noticed it when I started to be extremely lethargic, cold, and eventually light headed when standing up... all in a two week span
- Eustachian tubes are now "gaping caverns", would not recommend
- Need a butt pillow on computer chair to avoid soreness
Goal for 2025:
Year of the muscle gain.
