I bought a couple of vials from Atomik Labz so now I'm getting email updates. They launched a huge purge sale recently, because they had received a notice from the feds threatening action. a Cease and desist.. Not to sell anymore GLP peptides.
Their email says they just discovered that in fact, this letter was a fake.
They now believe it is a competitor sending out these letters to scare off the other sellers!

I know the FDA sent letters to some peptide vendors. Before I knew anything, I ordered from Prime Peptides and they were on the list of vendors that got letters from the FDA. Luckily I was able to return it for a refund.

I saw the same communications from them. Crazy!
Real question is what will they do? I’d have a high level discussion within my own company if that nonsense came from the other guys and/or the feds. It’s a matter of time I think before language runs out of creativity and these people shut the briefcase full of cash and move on to the next thing.

The FDA and Lilly occasionally send out these threat letters, or else actually file actions. Its always going to be a shell game. 2 of my favorite domestic vendors shut down in 2024 over legitimate threats.
