I’m trying work around anhedonia with GLP-1s in general.
With oral sema, oral means a first pass through the liver.
Could that mean potentially dampened sides? Would the extra pass mean it would be more difficult for crossing the blood brain barrier?
If anyone had taken both i would be interested to hear about it.
