So I ordered Reta.30 from a vendor on this site. Their inventory sheet lists it as Rt30. Easy transaction with prompt delivery of product labeled T30 from US warehouse. Well darn, they sent me Tirz by mistake right? But their inventory sheet doesn't list any product labeled T30. Their Tirz is called TR30. What do y'all think I received?

Emailed the rep yesterday afternoon but no response yet. I'm sure they will fix it since they get decent reviews on this site and have been around a bit. But seems like an odd labelling mistake. Does this kind of error happen often?

I think buying peps in the USA sucks. On every level. But to each their own. We all got to start somewhere. I’m sure there are great people in the USA. No my ting. As they say around here.

T30 is usually tirzepatide. But you should look at their pricelist and see what they have labeled with only a T.

They have NO product labeled with only T.
Interesting, this sounds like it could be a labeling error, id wait to see what the rep says and then go from there, if they either want to reship or maybe see if theres a way to get it tested? Only thing that would suck is you would have to be paying more money out of pocket for their mistake.

Obviously, the first thing to do is see what the vendor replies but you could do some investigation. Who is the vendor? What is the cap color. With any of the bigger vendors, it should be easy to find some COAs for R30 and T30 and see what the cap colors are. It would be good to have that information in case they call it a labeling mistake. I wouldn't buy that answer without something to back it up.

I'm pretty sure I've seen some vendors on their price lists label trizepatide as TR30 but the actual label is T30. I would not be concerned with that. See what the vendor says. The vendors I work with often don't respond on the weekend.

Try to check the color caps of TR30 and RT30 of this vendor a compare with yours.
Just a idea..
