I received my 5 months of tirz medication today and instead of being in a insulated box or padded insulated envelope with multiple ice packs (like previous shipments) it was in a regular box with a priority mail padded envelope inside with one warm ice pack. It was also shipped ground advantage instead of the expedited shipping I previously received. This is really unacceptable for something I paid $2250 for. I have no idea if it is still good after getting warm. I am very disappointed because I thought that Orderly used professional pharmacies. Do you think the medication is ok? Pharmacy was smart scripts.

Ask the pharmacy to resend. We don’t know if it’s ok or not (it probably is but can’t say for sure), but a legit pharmacy will understand the importance of the cold chain and will resend without issue.

I recognize this one as well :ROFLMAO:
I saw the reddit post about three minutes before I hit refresh here! I got whiplash and had to go check my reddit history to make sure I wasn't having deja vu from low blood sugar!

The reddit photos show they also use a funky BAC with all kinds of stuff added to it. For what its worth, this pharmacy is in a tiny town in Iowa two hours from Des Moines. FedEx and UPS may not even offer same day air service here. It is close to where I grew up. I knew the funeral home owner. It was one of those funeral homes where it was the largest home in town and you lived upstairs.
