I hope this is the right subsection of the forum, but I'm having a hard time figuring out what new peptides we can expect in the future, or which studies are currently underway where Chinese companies could then manufacture the peptide.

I find the whole topic quite interesting, not only from a consumer's perspective, but also in terms of knowledge and subject matter. Of course, I am already familiar with substances such as eloralintide (and on or two others), which already has its own subforum, but I feel like I am missing a lot.

Is there perhaps already an overview of this? Or can you name some such peptides (including what they are supposed to do)?
Any studies you can link to would be interesting.

I'm fascinated by NA-931, the oral quad-agonist GLP1, and I think there are some other triple-agonist GLP1s in the pipeline that allegedly are more effective than Reta.

The Roundtable is probably the best repository of current peptides being manufactured in China. @FamousGoodkitty may be able to help you find your way there.

With respect to peptides not yet available in the grey market, an AI search will provide some guidance.

@Gohengrin - if you wish to get into Roundtable via me, you will want to join Peppys (see my bio) as it requires some screening and "homework", which is accomplished in Peppys.

I followed link and read the article. A very detailed argument for fraud is made so I checked pubmed. Promising drugs will publish phase 1 results but not a single peer reviewed article. Also zero explanation of mechanism of action. Definitely doesn’t add up.
Yep, and considering that no one, not even Lilly has an oral dual agonist in the pipeline, you definitely know something was up.

This write up has a lot of information. I believe he is a doctor and was in a Reta trial and lost a lot of weight on it. https://the-incretins.beehiiv.com/p/preview-of-incretin-attractions

Excellent article! Thank you for sharing. A couple of things worth mentioning is that Eli Lilly withdrew or paused the Phase 2b trial for bimagrumab in September 2025 because the company chose to focus on other aspects of their massive portfolio.
Also, I was a little surprised that I couldn’t find any mention of the phase 2 Courage trial by Regeneron.

I really believe that these combined antibody treatments are the future. So much application for sarcopenic obesity and overall importance of maintaining lean body mass while loosing lots of fat.

I had not realized they had paused the study on bimagrumab.

I dug a little deeper on it and it turns out they closed the portion of the trial that did the combined treatment for patients with Obesity and T2D citing strategic business decisions. However, they have kept a separate phase 2 study open that looks at combined treatment for Obesity only.

I'm hanging out for the hair regrowth peptides for my alopecia, I keep hearing breakthrough results but i'm yet to see one of them on a supplier price list
