Either you need a NP Max Adapter or you need to modify the original adapter. As the 3ml cardridges are a little bit wider, you'll need to file down the inside of the original adapter a little to increase the inner diameter. Then you need an additional threaded connector and a spacer/washer.

Gansulins are my favorites; they’re really worth it, especially in the morning when I’m still groggy. But I only use them for volumes under 0.30 because I find it a bit too fast for certain peptides.

Is it even worth it? The Novopen is on one hand interesting because of the digital display and BT connectivity. But I bet, it's so closed down, that it can't be used for our needs.

In Europe you can find it for a good price. But do you need it? No I don't think so. V1 pens work also well. But the convi automatic pens I do like a lot.

I think I'll stick with the more expensive Gansulin pens for now. I like the built, accuracy and auto-inject. Keep searching for another shop other then AliExpress 😉
I think, I will do the same. I ordered now 3 Pens, The V3, another manual pen and the Gansulin. And I was also interested in the NovoPens, because you can get them for about 50-60 EUR. But I don't want to mess arround if the vials don't fit perfectly, e.g.

Problem is the Convipen is for sale on Ebay for US customers only. No shipping to Europe 🙁
Gansulin pen is only available on AliExpress, nowhere else.
The Novopen is available in Europe everywhere but they need their 'special' cartridges pfff.
If I ever visit the US again I will buy the Novopen in bulk and resell them here! 😉
Yeah, but where is the problem just to order them on aliexpress? Yeah, you will have to wait two weeks, but then you are good to go...
I received my second Gansulin from AE last week, and it felt like Christmas 🙂
Sometimes there's a sale for a few euros, but it's always around 60€.
I really like the ergo2. They're ugly, but they fit well in hand and are precise. I use them for small volumes and the multipin. Around 25€.

Compared to the Gansulin, what makes the biggest difference to buy the Ergo2 you think?
I really hope the Gansulin will last me for years. It feels sturdy and is accurate and the auto-inject feels nice (but fast).
What is your experience with the Ergo2?
The ergo2 is manual, which explains the price difference. But of all the manual models I've tried (V1, V2, V3, GT), this one works the best. The pressure from the thumb is effectively transferred to the piston: it’s never jammed. I can slow down. And always get the right dose. It has graduations. It’s easier to see the contents of the cartridge than on the Gansulin.

True, but I like to have options other than AliExpress. You'll never know when the Gansulin is gonna be out of stock for some reason.

Domestic med supply online store. Not that hard to find locally. Also get prescribed needles to my mounjaro pen and they are free. Fits other pens to. And the Captain's supply store I linked also has them. Also Amazon has them

Thanks for the link. It looks like they ship to Germany too. I'm currently in Bulgaria, but getting a package from Germany to Bulgaria is no problem. That said, I also found the needles locally—the issue was that I didn't really know what to look for. But they want 16–17 EUR for them. And TBH...
When I started my peptide journey, I went to a local pharmacy and asked for insulin syringes. The pharmacist said, "Yes, of course we have them. How much do you need?" That question already felt a little suspicious to me. So I said, "One pack of 100, please." And the moment I said that, I noticed her face change. She went to the back, talked to a colleague—and you know that look when someone's talking about you—then came back and said, "Oh... we're sorry, we don't have any."
It was as if I'd triggered the "heroin dealer" alarm in the pharmacy.
After that experience, I stopped shopping locally.

And this is exactly the reason why I don't even try to ask my local pharmacy for supplies. It sucks that they gave you 'that look'.
I live in a small town with a lot of very old people and they are oldfashioned.
Even if I tried to explain I use peptides to prevent sickness and not to have to use painkillers they would look at me like I'm being an idiot or an addict because almost everybody is on painkillers or statins or whatever 'is normal' here.
When my big needle-container is full I'm dreading the visit to my pharmacy to deposit it there.
Love that I can buy almost all the supplies in The Netherlands or Germany now! 😁

The problem is that urban pharmacies often have made their experiences with junkies. Lying, stealing, armed robbery... So they'll err on the side of caution if they don't know you.
I ordered mine from this Captain, a nice dude. And he is shipping from Germany. I have no idea, what the Zoll is currently doing, but my previous experiences with the German Zoll and picking up packages was always bad. "Please open the package, where is the CE sign. Do you have a license to import this product? Oh, this logo looks like the logo of manufacturer XYZ. So we have to seize the product and contact the owner of the Brand and he will decide, what if his rights are violated. And you little private man, go and f yourself."
And I think the price of this Captain is ok.

Needles are I think the same as on a mounjaro pen or you get that in D in the pharmacy without problem.
