So I've read up on Semax of course but I've seen people report that it caused jitters, rapid heart rate, sweating & even of all things anxiety for them. Any sudden changes in heart rate for me is an instant anxiety trigger so I'm weary to try Semax. I've had my anxiety pretty well under control for almost 10 years, with maybe 5-6 total bad attacks, but prior to that it was terrible. With all the success I've had from peptides for weight loss, skin care, & natural energy, does anyone have experience with a peptide (maybe other than Semax) that reduced your stress, anxiety, or even depression? Would love to hear

This is not a peptide, but the only one I have used and has been wonderful is phenibut. But, phenibut is super dangerous, using it even 3-4 days in a row can develop dependence, and getting off of it is horrific and can be life threatening, similar to benzodiazepines or severe alcohol dependency. It also does not mix well with alcohol. It can also have a brutal hangover. If you have addictive tendencies, stay well away from it.

The only real use in my view is to manage social anxiety, for example, if you have a big event, or a speech or a networking event when you have to confidently interact with strangers. It produces profoundly calm and pro-social feeling, social lubricant kind of effect similar to alcohol, but with none of the alcohol's drawbacks, most notably, no loss of fine motor skills that alcohol induces.

I recommend mindful meditation, seriously. It's a matter of minutes daily (or whenever you need it, and there is nothing which comes close to being as powerful and impactful on every aspect of life, I'm not some new age-y loon, on the contrary, I'm a hardcore skeptic, but I discovered this out of pure necessity of self preservation, as I was dying from acute anxiety as I was losing my shirt on wall st. This changed everything, and it was easy to do.

Selank would be better for anxiety more so than Semax. It gave made me gave me a calming effect for sure.

I haven't tried it yet (it's on the way) but PE-22-28 is supposed to be good for all the conditions you listed.

It's Selank that you want for anxiety. I've tried it SQ and IN. SQ did nothing for me, but IN did. I'm currently using a mix of Selank and DSIP IN just before bed and it chills me out and gets me off to sleep really quickly.

You should try Selank. It doesn't always work for everyone though, from what I've read. However, subq for me worked really well. I also reconstituted it into a nasal spray.

I pin 500mcg 4x weekly.
