Can you guys let me know how you are reducing peptide waste when doing your calculations?

I might be over thinking this honestly, but I use the online peptide calculators that people use and then chart those on a google sheet to keep track of how much of each vial is left after each injection (in mL & mg), and it seems there's a lot of waste sometimes.

How much BAC are you using? Are you guys just using a new vial for each dose or using the leftover for the next dose?

Math isn't my forte, any help is appreciated (:

(I bought the 10 vial 12mg set)

I divide vial content by desired dose and add BAC to equal whatever percent,
So if I want 5mg dose out of 30mg vial, i just put 6X the amount of units I want in BAC.
So for a 30 unit dose I would put 6X 30 or 1.8ML BAC which would give me 5mg for each 30 unit dose.
It is really quite simple.

I'll take your answers in reverse order. I'm not planning on using a new BAC water for each vial. I did over order on the BAC water though. Supposedly its only "good" for 30 days but there appear to be loads of folks in this forum using it for a lot longer. I think everyone's risk tolerance will vary.

In terms of reconstituting. I like the way Skidude suggests thinking about reconstituting above because it starts with the units you want to use. If you want to check your math, I found this calculator very helpful:
https://jaycampbell.com/peptide-calculator/ He seems to have accounted for all the variables that can lead folks to screw up.

I reconstituted with a larger than typical amount of BAC water initially because I wanted to start with two weeks of micro doses and knew I wouldn't be able to accurately see 5 units on a 1ml syringe but would be able to see the 10 unit mark. In terms of waste, I haven't crossed that bridge but I imagine at the end of this vial I might consider a combination of whatever fraction of a dose from this vial and in a second injection the remainder to make a full dose if after increasing it doesn't even out. -I'm pretty frugal so I can't imagine wasting it unless I felt like it was so old it was risky to inject.
