Hello,
I know peptides can degrade pretty fast especially after being reconstructed.
I’m currently thinking of buying 60mg Tirz (x10) which would mean each vial lasts me 20 days (15mg every 5 days).
Do you think this time frame will kill my peptides ? I’m currently on 30 mg for 10 days and I don’t see much difference between the first and second injection.
After reconstructing the peptide I of course put it in the refrigerator.

"Degradation" of peptides, especially GLP-1s, is usually quite exaggerated.

A lot of testing has been done regarding degradation, and while there certainly are certain peptides more prone to degrading over time, GLP-1s are quite hardy (très fort).

There will be occasionally be tests showing GLPs that do degrade, but it's usually limited to specific vendors and specific production runs. Even in those cases the degradation occurs prior to reconstitution, and usually indicates an issue with the production of the lyophilized vial more than the peptide itself.

Bottom line, don't worry about it, especially with tirz unless you're trying to stretch a single reconstituted vial over several months.
