This chart isn't meant to be taken as fact. It says it's anecdotal right at the top and all the green ones are just known combos commonly seen as blends in medspas.

Thats what I thought when I reviewed this several weeks ago. Mixing in a syringe, not our bodies.
The forum where this originated from had this filed under "the convenience of one shot" or something to that effect, so yeah, that's exactly what it was meant for.

@cooleql may want to edit the title as this chart isn't in regards to interactions.

I’ve done a little mixing recently of ipa cjc bpc and tb500 (tb4). I think what ever they buffer each specific batch with plays a bigger role than “these two peptides react with each other”. My cjc and ipa came in separate vials because of a miscommunication, so I just mixed up the cjc then squirted it into the ipa. Wasted two vials, immediately cloudy with some floaters the next day. That is a super common mix sold by venders. I really doubt it was the two peptides that “disagreed”. In the syringe cjc seems to go cloudy with the bpc-tb mix but the ipa doesn’t. I’ll be trying the mix of all four in the future but not with this batch.

I’m turning into a pin cushion.

That is a valid point, but I don't think it's the only concern. From a cursory search on the subject, it seems that cross reactivity, solubility, and pH are some other concerns when it comes to compatibility. Some combinations may not necessarily cause visual issues like gelling or cloudiness, but they may reduce efficacy of one or all peptides in the mix, or even render them inert depending on above factors.
 
Anything new on this subject? Better chart? Combinations in one vial or draw from multiple vial into one syringe?

I read that amino acids each have specific charges at their termini - the amino (N-terminal) and carboxyl (C-terminal) ends and mixing them will effect their 'therapeutic' effectiveness (chemical reaction). The anecdotal chart is good but .. Recons with acetic acid mixes should be separate.

I feel like a pin cushion. Tks.
