Peptide Labels

Been debating between an ink tank printer (ET-8500) or a NIIMBOT m2. I don't want to have to laminate the lables if I can avoid it. Did you test your label for water or alcohol and can you post a picture of the end result?

They tolerate alcohol contact, but not scrubbing. If you rub them roughly with a prep pad, the labels do start to wash off.

I think I wasted money on a phonomo M220. Wanted something wider than those 14 mm strips my Niimbot D110. I also wanted to do 20x40 and 30x50, maybe white on black or just a nice brushed slate silver, or a light density holo. All I can find is trashy holograms or Niimbot exclusive rolls with a chip inside. Of course, no color. Got it (M220) on sale for $44.99. I wanted to keep the cost (including 3 different single label rolls) under $70. I guess I did, but no cool labels for me for now,

This could be its own post, but once I offload my vintage Pokemon cards from when I was a kid, along with 7 Pokemon slabs, 8 baseball slabs and lone NFL slab… Maybe I’ll re-invest all over again into this label thing and do it right.

Have you checked Aliexpress? I find all kinds of labels for my m220 there in all the sizes, shapes, and colors I could want. Sorry to hear you're not enjoying yours.

Shew... The STG telegram has me beating up ChatGPT about making labels now.

Looks like I found a new hobby.

For those who have multiple kits of different peptides, how are you keeping tracking of which one is which? I am mainly asking because in my fridge i keep them in the containers they come in which are already labeled, but i cant always pin in the morning as i have to work and sometimes its time consuming when pinning multiple different compounds in the morning so i just take them with me and leave them in my work fridge and pin when im available, so i kind of have to mark down however i can which one is which. Do you guys make your own labels using a NIIMBOT for something like that, or what other suggestions would someone recommend who is in my situation to better keep track.
I read about people buy special printers and stuff, you can buy Avery labels. They come in 8.5”*11” sheets for a regular printer. You can then use there software to design your labels and print with a printer you already own. My first trial, nothing fancy.
