The OP of the screenshot (from the other site) came back to clarify this is per vial and it is CNY (chinese Yen) not USD, and found the original price list for wholesale (I've attached the updated screenshots).

It's still confusing since the specifications are in kits. I think they're backtracking to not really reveal the true pricing for wholesellers and IMO I'm not bothered by it bc there's cheap wholesaler pricing in every industry.

And also keep in mind I guess this is just one price list? It doesn't mean every wholesaler shops from this price list and can be higher or even potentially lower depending on their source.
