First off, I owe you all an apology—I’m very new to this field, and I’m probably about to ask the most embarrassingly basic question you’ve seen all week. Maybe month. Maybe ever.

I’ve been ordering from a compounding pharmacy up until now, and while the quality has been solid, the prices have been absolutely feral. Like, second-mortgage-level feral. So, I’m finally trying to figure out how to buy peptides direct, and that brings me to my current confusion.

I’m looking at a supplier called Nexaph. On their site, they list vial options like 10mg, 15mg, 20mg, 30mg, and 60mg with prices accordingly. For example, the 30mg option is listed at $325. But the description says: “Tirzepatide (10 vials/kit).”

So… here’s my question, probably obvious to the rest of you brilliant scientists:

Does that mean:
  • $325 gets me 10 vials, each at 30mg (i.e. $32.50 per vial, which would be a dream come true)?
    OR
  • $325 is the cost for just one 30mg vial, and the “10 vials/kit” thing is just a description of how many you could possibly order in a kit (in which case… RIP my wallet again)?
I know this is amateur hour, but I genuinely appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you for not throwing beakers at me, and thank you in advance for any insight or math wizardry you can provide.

You are correct in thinking $325 gets you 10 vials.

But it's still twice as expensive as many other vendors.

I guess it depends on what you're getting. If that vendor is doing testing before selling, that has value as doing it yourself isn't cheap either. I'm all about saving money, but it doesn't always come directly down to cost. If someone offers a product that has legit testing and they are trustworthy, I think that's worth a premium myself (not saying they are doing that, just that there is a gap in the market I think).

It is 10 vials of 30mg each. Nexaph is a good vendor, particularly for your first grey order. Once you're comfortable with things like testing, and willing to use crypto, there are absolutely cheaper vendors who are just as good. Feel free to dm me.

I'm not gonna get into arguing about all the reasons I won't use nexaph, because that's been documented plenty of times and I don't think they are the worst choice. But I'm definitely not a "lowest price wins" person. And the prices I mentioned come with at least equivalent testing.

So I haven’t ordered grey yet but have been doing tons of research. Nexaph seems like a great option as far as ease of payment and reliable products. Just a bit on the high side compared to other vendors that are reputable. I’m on the fence about which one to go with so more research it is.
