For any peptides that are supposed to be taken in a fasted state, although I am specifically curious about GHRP-2 and similar ones where my understanding is that eating too soon or after can affect the insulin response and dilute the effect of the peptide, does anyone know or have an opinion about whether the fasting would include avoiding zero sugar drinks? I tend to have zero sugar sodas/teas/etc in the morning or before bed, I've sort of assumed that because there is no sugar or calories that these don't count against the fasting and aren't affecting my peptides, but am I wrong in that and do they still trigger some sort of insulin response that could interfere with them? I'm ok switching to just water around dosing if necessary, but would much prefer to be able to stick with my zero sugar drinks if it doesn't make a difference lol.
