Sorry. I meant the hydropeak would be full of T120 lyophilized vials. When I need some, I would pull one out, and split it into 3 reconned vials of 40mg. Use one and freeze the other 2 until needed. at 10mg doses, an entire hydropeak would last me 12 years.

If going that big then cylinders are a poor use of space (if that is a limitation for you)

There are 100 vial 10x10 cryo storage boxes that are used in labs. Then somehow finding an insulated lunch cooler that fit them would be the best

I'm not saying it's better, and it's not sealed. It holds 288 vial, and I have 3 other small ones. I do keep it in a big ziplock bag with desiccants packs.
