I am hopeful this will be the right spot for this. My wife and I both started taking Tirz in April ‘24. She has lost almost 80 pounds and is at a good weight. She is on a maintenance dose now.

One of the other benefits of Tirz was that it helped her RA quite a bit, to the point she did not have symptoms most days. However I think her body has gotten to the point where she is getting used to the meds and not feeling the effects as much. In addition to a lot of food noise, she is feeling her RA again.

We don’t want to bump her Tirz up anymore as she has lost more than she had wanted. But she would like to find something additional that can help with the RA.

I know there are other anti
Inflammatory peptides out there. But I am just not sure which to research for the RA. Hoping some advice might be had from people here.

I don't have RA so there might be people that have different suggestions that have actual experience. From my research I'd look into KLOW blend (BPC, TB, GHK and KPV) as they all help with inflammation. I personally take it and had joint issues that I've dealt with for years all the sudden not bother me anymore. The other peptide that you might want to look into more is VIP, I've seen a lot of people taking this to help with RA. Again no personal experience with treating RA but might narrow down the peptides to research.

I just stocked up on KPV, TA1, BPC-157, and TB-500. I’ve found some inflammation relief with a round of KLOW, so BPC/TB/KPV could be helping. My next step is to try a round of TA1 to see how it works.

I don't have RA but I have OA quite bad (end stage in my ankles). Tirz has helped it immensely with both its anti-inflammatory properties and the weight loss. As I neared my target weight I was on a very large Tirz dosage (20 mg / 5days). Since I am now at my target weight I added a small dose of Mazdutide (2.5 mg /7days). I lowered Tirz to 10mg /7 days. My weight is holding but the OA pain is back. Yesterday I started my KLOW cycle back up which I had stopped for 4 weeks. It seems to be working. I hope it continues. I have always wanted to try the peptide Cartilax but I have not ordered any yet. There is very little info on this site about it. It is scarce but MKM has it for $100 a kit.

I have found that understanding which pro-inflammatory cytokines contribute to your type of arthritis (or any autoimmune disorder) is necessary in order to identify the peptides (and supplements) that may be beneficial, if any. In most cases, monoclonal antibodies (proteins) seem to be most effective but I haven’t found them in the grey market.

Hi,
I have some problems with my knees, expecially with the right one that was affected by patellar chondromalacia. More than 10 year ago I had to undergo cartilage regeneration surgery because of that.
Even the surgery was effective, in the last years I have constantly had some pain to live with.
In september I had my first cycle of GLOW (2 vials 70mg, splitted in 44 days in total) and after that I proceeded with a cycle of Cartalax (40mg splitted in 22 days).
Did the 2 cycles work?
Yes!
I still can't believe how I am able to perform weighted squat in the gym, that was absolutely impossible first.
Maybe your arthritis is somehow different than my problem, I can only suggest to you to give it a try.
