While I am slowly losing weight, I am slowly losing hair too. Granted hair loss is normal for all people. But, this is the first time I am actually seeing hair on my face or clothes, or hands when I wash my hair. What can I take to help with this?

how rapid are you losing and do you track your protein intake? you could also start taking multivitamins/supplements to combat that.

I am only losing a little over 1lb a week. So, am not losing gobs of hair. I am taking Biotin and multivitamins. Still see my hair on my face/clothes/sink when I brush which is not normal for me.

Protein really does not affect hair loss - it is likely the associated iron, which is important, that makes people think the protein is the issue. There are several other vitamins that are also important.

Fatty acids are often overlooked - and likely to be reduced and therefore a culprit in diet induced hair loss.

Biotin is good. Oddly it can be affected by eating too many eggs whites.

This paper has some easy to read tables that may be helpful. Table one addresses common deficiencies and whether supplementation is recommended.

Thanks FrankTdog. I know I don't get enough Omega-3 & 6's because I am a vegetarian. Also, getting enough protein is a struggle

I'm down 60lbs and the first 3 months I lost a ton of hair. To fix that I started taking Nutrafol. I still have slight hair loss, but NOTHING like before, and my protein intake is my priority...

GHK-Cu is what you're looking for in terms of a peptide for hair loss. It'll burn on injection so most opt for the blend "GLOW" (GHK-Cu/TB-500/BPC-157) to lessen the sting. Glow is also known as the beauty peptide. Look into it.

I have been reading about this but am confused on how it should be used. Is this 3 different products that or 1 shot daily? Can you explain? ty

They're three different products that you would mix together. You can also just use GHK-Cu, and mix with more bac water so that it doesn't sting. Whether you use GHK-Cu alone or with TB-500 and BPC-157, it's a daily injection.

I have cosmetic AHK-cu on the way as well as a hair density serum that I'm planning on adding the AHK-cu and some GHK-cu to. I'm hoping this will help with some of the hair loss I've been experiencing.

I already take GLOW and haven't noticed any improvements to my hair. My skin looks great though!

Some places will have all 3 compounded for you already. It's called GLOW. Use a BAC water with a higher PH to mitigate the acidity of GHK-Cu. When it comes to glow, I'd opt for a 25/10/5 combination. Get some PH test strips. With any acidic peptide, you want the PH to be between 4-9. Anything above 9 will start destroying the peptide, under 4 is too acidic to safely inject.

All hair loss treatments are hit or miss. But for peptides, GHK-Cu is the only thing I know that can help with hair loss. Some have reported it working, some haven't noticed anything. Hair loss treatments tend to take a while for most to notice a difference. 6 months to a year seem to be the common range to start seeing results. Even on the strongest hair loss medications (minoxidil, finasteride, dutasteride)

Even if it doesn't work for hair loss, you can still get the other benefits.

AHK-cu is used for hair loss as well as GHK-cu. I plan to follow Anela's protocol which uses both in a 30ml serum.

在慢慢减肥的同时,我也在慢慢脱发。诚然,脱发对所有人来说都是正常的。但是,这是我第一次看到头发在我的脸上或衣服上,或手上,当我洗头。我能拿什么来帮忙
