Review Details:
40 days from payment to delivery with decent Communication. Completion of payment took a few hours and received a US tracking number 8 days after payment. I requested an update on shipping 31 days after payment as tracking had not been updated. Responded immediately claiming to get into contact with freight company but never updated. Contacted her again 4 days later and did not respond at all. I contacted her again the following day for an update and finally received a response with an image showing package was in flight to the US. Tracking number finally updated and was delivered 4 days after entrance to the US.
Rating is a neutral for me as communication was decent at best but also concerning as she completely ignored a request for an update after promising to do so. She did eventually provide more information thankfully. They were the only ones who had all my requested peps in stock after contacting approximately 5 different vendors.
